How Switch Crowdsourced UGC from Students Around the Country

The Problem

Switch, the shared spending app for Gen Z, came to CLLCTVE looking to bring on real users who want to help promote Switch with their friends or campus, showcasing the app’s chat, collect and spend features. They were specifically looking to source creators who could help show Gen Z consumers how they can use the app to simplify the group payment process in a much more engaging interface than traditional platforms.

The Solution

We paired Switch with CLLCTVE creators to produce TikToks about how they can use Switch with their friends, why others should download it and how they can do so. Switch was able to work with students in their target market at campuses across the country.

The Result

Switch worked with creators to source videos of them showcasing how they take advantage of Switch's ability to share spending. The brand was able to utilize the content to amplify the app on their social platforms, created by talent sourced directly from their target market.
